Data deletion

Effective 15 October 2026

You can ask TRISTAN LFG TECH SOLUTION to delete personal information associated with your enquiry or services provided by us.

Send a deletion request

1. Email lfgtechsolution@gmail.com with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Include the email address or business contact used with us and identify the enquiry or service concerned. State which information you want deleted.
3. If the request concerns an app connection, include the app name and account identifier needed to locate your records. Do not send your password or an access token.

What happens next

We will review your request and, where necessary, verify that you are authorised to request deletion. We will confirm the outcome by email. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve an outstanding dispute; if so, we will explain the reason and scope.

Connected platform accounts

If you have authorised an app integration, you can also revoke its access from the relevant platform's connected-app or business-integration settings. Revoking access prevents future access under that authorisation, but does not by itself delete records previously held by us. Send the deletion request above to address those records.

Our public website currently has no WhatsApp connection and does not import chat messages. The AI CRM is still in development. These instructions provide a contact route for deletion requests; they do not imply a live integration is available.
